Everyone loves to have photographs of their family and especially of their children, and it is something that most people can not afford to do. Finding a studio that doesn't charge extortionate sitting fees, and pressure people into buying more than the "free" photograph they are offered is hard to come by. That’s why we at LCTH Photography are different than your average photographer.

Holding a family photo shoot day is an ideal way to cut out the cost and pressure of these things and to also make some money for your School, Group or organisation. Whilst offering a service to your local families.

How do the family photo shoot days work?

The shoots are usually held at your location, for example in the school hall or office space or you can use our studio for a small fee, you need a minimum of 10 sitting bookings

How long does each family have?

Usually about 10-15mins each, you should be able to fit in about 30-40 families in one day, on a shoot that runs from 9am-5pm.

We don't want people waiting all day, how do we organise this?

When you make a booking with LCTH Photography we send out along with confirmation of the booking a time slot form, this enables you to book families in at selected times.

Do families have to purchase on the day?

NO, on the day of the shoot, we take address information from the families and send them out a watermarked CD of their photos 5-7 days after the shoot. This gives the family time to decide whether they want to purchase any photographs as there is no obligation or pressure for them to do so.

How long will they have to wait for their final photographs?

On each CD that is sent out there will be a return by date, as long as all orders are in by this date they will receive the final photographs within 14 - 21 days later.

How do I make money for my charity?

If you charge a £10 booking fee, and you have booked in 30 families you have already made £300. Also we give to you 15% commission on total sales. This will be paid to you when all orders have been received and processed. We also give a detailed breakdown of what is ordered so there is nothing hidden.

How much do the Photographs cost?

Photographs start from as little as £6.00 for a 6" x 4", we also offer a variety of packages.
